At Vitality Haus LLC (“Vitality Haus,” “the Studio,” “we,” or “us”), we’re committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information safely and responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect from Members, guests, and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We may collect the following types of information:
Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and emergency contact provided at registration, on the Membership Agreement, or at purchase.
Payment Information: payment details collected securely through our booking and billing platforms (currently Stripe and/or Arketa); we do not store full credit card numbers.
Usage Data: when you visit thevitalityhaus.com or use our booking app, we may collect non-identifying information such as browser type, device data, or site activity, including through the cookies described in Section 8 below.
Children’s Information: if your child participates in classes, we collect information about them (name, date of birth, health and safety information, guardian contact) directly from you through the Child/Minor Participant Waiver, not from the child.

Health and safety information is used only to support your safety at the Studio. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, and it is not shared with third parties except as described in Section 4.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Only Studio staff and contractors who need it for a legitimate business purpose — such as an instructor supporting your safety in class, or our billing platform processing a payment — have access to it.

By participating in classes or Studio events, you (or, for a minor, your child) may be photographed or recorded. Vitality Haus may use these images for marketing and promotional purposes. You can decline this at the time you sign your Membership Agreement, Liability Waiver, or Child/Minor Participant Waiver by checking the opt-out box provided there, or at any time afterward by notifying Studio staff in writing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website. Information about a minor Member is provided to us by their parent or legal guardian through our intake paperwork and is used only to support the child’s safe participation in Studio classes.
